Rebecca Suelzle’s musical journey began early, sharing the stage with her father as stand partners in the Southwest Symphony during her high school years at Dixie College. Under his mentorship as her viola teacher, her skills blossomed, eventually leading her to study with the distinguished Mikhail Boguslavsky, first at music camps and later at the University of Utah. There, she served as principal violist for the orchestra and chamber ensembles, earning both a degree in Viola Performance and in Music Education.

For over 35 years, Rebecca has balanced a rewarding career as a performer and educator. She began teaching in Washington County School District in the ninth grade and continued in Salt Lake City with the Granite and Murray School Districts, instructing in guitar, orchestra, concert band, jazz band, percussion, and AP Theory and Harmony classes at Cypress High School. Later, she enjoyed teaching band, orchestra, and choir in the Park City School District. For the past seven years, she has served as a viola and orchestra coach for Lyceum Orchestras at American Heritage School, inspiring students to deepen their love for music.

Rebecca regularly performs as a first stand musician and touring artist with the Millennial Choirs and Orchestras, dedicated to uplifting audiences and fostering a connection to music and faith in Jesus Christ. Her solo viola album, Vision of My Soul, orchestrated by Shane Mickelsen, is available on all streaming platforms. An accomplished musician, Rebecca has performed at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall and Boston Symphony Hall and has shared the stage with celebrated artists including Andrea Bocelli and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
